If an account registered with false information is found, qq99 has the right to close that account without prior notice.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each player is allowed to open only one account at qq99. If multiple accounts are found, bonuses may be removed, the account may be closed, or payments may be blocked.

2.3 Account Security

3.1 Deposits

Deposits on the qq99 platform can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks. Once the deposit is verified, it will be credited to the player's balance instantly.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. After the transaction is verified, funds will reach the player's payment account within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment account registered under the player's name.

3.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

qq99 reserves the right to hold withdrawals under the following circumstances—

• An account under review for suspected fraud

4.1 Welcome Bonus

For players making their first deposit at qq99, a bonus of 150% of the deposit amount is given, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Until this requirement is met, the bonus amount cannot be withdrawn and will remain locked in the balance.

4.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Each bonus can be claimed once only and cannot be received more than one time.

• If qq99 finds that a bonus is being abused, the bonus and any related winnings may be forfeited.

4.4 VIP Program

The qq99 VIP program has 4 tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The higher the tier, the higher the cashback rate on losses, so players can keep playing to reach the next VIP level.

Players must not carry out any of the following actions on the qq99 platform—

• Using computer programs, bots or automation tools to play, or attempting to exploit bonuses in any way
• Attempting hacking attacks, server intrusion or any method that could damage the platform
• Using meaningless betting patterns (e.g. money cycling) to try to meet bonus requirements
• Making deposits using a payment method that does not belong to you
• Threatening, abusing or pressuring other players or staff with false information
• Playing on behalf of a third party, or acting as a proxy account that shares or transfers gambling funds

If any such violation is found, qq99 may forfeit the player's balance and reserves the right to take legal action.

6.1 Technical Issues

Each game has a minimum and maximum bet limit. Players must check and follow the amounts displayed while playing.
